New Businesses in the 23rd Ward

Dream Clean Car Wash has officially opened their first location right here in Chicago's 23rd Ward at 5124 S. Pulaski Rd. Thanks to the Midway Chamber of Commerce and Greater Southwest for joining us at the grand opening.
Fifth Third Bank has opened a new branch at 53rd and Pulaski Rd for local access to banking services on the Southwest Side.  Shoutout to Javier Tinoco and Cynthia Miranda with Fifth Third Bank and their team for their leadership in bringing more financial options to the neighborhood and small businesses.
The owners of Dream Clean Car Wash are building their ninth site and first location to the City of Chicago. The new car wash will be located along Pulaski Rd in the West Eldon neighborhood.
Met with UI Health at 55th & Pulaski to discuss improving traffic safety for patients and new dental services this year.
The Women’s Health Group medical center, 5311 S. Harlem, is being redeveloped into a new state of the art medical facility. Held a meeting to review the plans with Dr. Michael Awad, developer Malek Abdulsamad, and Mary Ellen Brown & Al Cacciottolo with the Midway Chamber of Commerce.
New daycare center, Que Tan Lejos Iras?, located at 3846 W. 63rd St., has officially opened on Feb. 7 in the West Lawn neighborhood.

Construction is underway at 5231 S. Pulaski Rd. The former Bank of America location will be home to a new Fifth Third Bank.
Let's welcome business owner Art Rodriguez and Executive Chef Michael Hernandez to the 23rd Ward. We celebrated the grand opening of their new restaurant, Burger Papi, located at 5728 S. Archer Ave., on July 7. Stop by for their signature burgers, specialty lamb chops, and one-of-a-kind cocktails.
Attended the Grand Opening for Friendly Insurance Advisor Group, 6500 W. Archer Ave., a new business that helps seniors and people on disability on their healthcare options. Congratulations to Mayra Vargas, Ailene Tirado and Miguel Contreras.
Celebrated the Grand Opening of El Mezcalito Cantina restaurant, 5147 S. Archer Ave, in the Archer Heights neighborhood.
